Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the website SEIREN ATELIER (seirenatelier.com, hereinafter the "Site") operated by 헤이마르코 (hereinafter the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and Users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Site" means the website on which the Company provides information about goods and prepares for future transactions.
  2. "User" means a person who accesses the Site and uses the services provided by the Company under these Terms.
  3. These Terms do not use the concept of a "Member". The Site does not provide login or account registration features.

Article 3 (Posting of Company Information, etc.)

The Company posts the following items on the initial screen of the Site or on a linked screen (the business information area at the bottom of the page).

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

  1. These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Site.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws. When amending them, the Company will state the effective date and the reason for the amendment and post them on the Site together with the current Terms from 7 days before the effective date. However, amendments unfavorable to Users will be posted from 30 days before.

Article 5 (Description of Services)

  1. The Site provides the following: introductions of the products (5 rings), the brand story and journal, care instructions, display of planned selling prices, and a feature for saving products in the browser (not transmitted to the Company's servers).
  2. The Site does not provide the following: ordering, payment, acceptance of shipping requests, account registration or reward points, or real-time consultation. Inquiries are accepted by email (hello@seirenatelier.com) only.
  3. The prices displayed are planned selling prices, not final selling prices, and may change depending on the inspection of physical prototypes and the finalization of material and stone specifications.

Article 6 (Accuracy of Information and Disclaimer)

  1. The images posted on the Site are not photographs of physical products but computer-made images or renders. The Company does not present these images as photographs of physical products.
  2. Material purity, stone specifications, dimensions and weight, and production time have not yet been finalized, and no specific figures will be displayed until they are finalized. Information displayed before finalization is a plan and may change.
  3. The Company bears no liability, other than giving prior notice, for changes to information that occur before physical production and inspection.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content posted on the Site, such as text, images, designs and logos, belong to the Company, or the Company holds legitimate rights to use such content.
  2. Users must not, without the Company's prior written consent, use the content of the Site by reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting or any other means, or allow any third party to use it.

Article 8 (Obligations of Users)

When using the Site, Users must not engage in the following acts.

  1. Collecting, copying or crawling the content of the Site without authorization
  2. Gaining unauthorized access to the Site or the Company's systems, or interfering with their normal operation
  3. Misusing another person's personal information or registering false information (when making inquiries)

Article 9 (Exemption from Liability)

  1. The Company is not liable where it cannot provide the services due to unavoidable causes such as natural disasters or communication failures.
  2. The Company is not liable for Users' judgments or actions based on information obtained through the Site where there is no intent or negligence on the part of the Company.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and a User are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court that has jurisdiction over the User's domicile at the time the lawsuit is filed or, if the User has no domicile, over the User's place of residence. However, if the User's domicile or residence is unclear at the time the lawsuit is filed, or if the User resides abroad, the competent court is determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on September 26, 2026.
