Article 1 (Purpose)
Through this Privacy Policy, 헤이마르코 (hereinafter the "Company") informs Users of the purposes for which and the manner in which the personal information they provide while using the Site (SEIREN ATELIER, seirenatelier.com) is processed, and of the protective measures taken.
Article 2 (Items of Personal Information Collected and Purposes of Processing)
The Company processes the following personal information.

The Company does not collect any personal information other than these two categories. The Site has no account registration, ordering, payment or inquiry board features.
Information saved with the heart button (product IDs) remains only in the User's browser storage (localStorage) and is not transmitted to the Company's servers. The Company cannot collect or view this information.
Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
- Inquiry emails: destroyed within 1 year after the inquiry has been handled (answered). However, where retention is required by applicable laws, they are retained for the period so required.
- Access logs: subject to the log retention policy of the hosting provider (Vercel).
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
The Company does not currently provide Users' personal information to any third party. If provision becomes necessary in the future, the Company will obtain Users' prior consent and specify in this Privacy Policy the recipient, the purpose of provision, the items provided, and the period of retention and use.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company entrusts personal information processing tasks as follows.

When entering into entrustment contracts, the Company manages the entrusted work through documents (terms of service, data processing addenda, etc.) that include the matters set out in the subparagraphs of Article 26(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act (prohibition of processing for other purposes, technical and managerial safeguards, etc.).
Article 6 (Overseas Transfer of Personal Information)
The trustees used by the Company listed below are all businesses headquartered in the United States, and part of Users' personal information is transferred to the United States (as entrusted processing).

The Company regards this transfer as entrusted processing and storage necessary for the performance of a contract, and handles it by disclosing the overseas transfer in this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 28-8(1), subparagraph 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Article 7 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)
- Users may at any time request the Company to provide access to, correct or delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information.
- Such requests may be made by sending an email to hello@seirenatelier.com, and the Company will take action without delay.
- Users may report or seek consultation on infringements of personal information to the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) Privacy Incident Report Center, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, the Korean National Police Agency, and others.
Article 8 (Procedure and Method of Destroying Personal Information)
When personal information is no longer needed, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the Company destroys that personal information without delay. Information in the form of electronic files is permanently deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
Article 9 (Cookies and Other Automatic Collection Tools)
The Company does not use cookies, web beacons, visitor tracking scripts or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). The saving feature that Users use is not a cookie but browser storage (localStorage), and the data is stored only in the User's browser, not with the Company (see Article 2). If the Company introduces analytics tools in the future, it will update this Article and, where necessary, put a consent procedure in place.

Article 11 (Changes to this Privacy Policy)
This Privacy Policy applies from September 26, 2026 and may be changed due to laws, policies or the Company's circumstances. Any changes will be announced in advance through the Site.
